Shipping policy

At Paw Roadie we want your dog road-trip ready as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship within Australia.

Free tracked shipping Australia-wide

Standard shipping is free on every order to all Australian states and territories, including regional and rural addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery time

Our products are shipped from our international fulfilment partners. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas of WA, NT and TAS can take a few extra days.

Tracking your order

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will chase it up for you.

Customs and duties

Prices shown in AUD are the total you pay. There are no extra customs fees or duties on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
